Returns Policy – LED Expo Australia

Exchanges and refunds on LED Expo Australia products may be made within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Exchanges, Warranty Assessments and Returns for all LED Expo Australia products must be done by way of shipping the product using registered post to our listed address below. To exchange an LED Expo Australia you must return it via registered post to the following address:

WARRANTY ASSESSMENTS & RETURNS

If you believe that your product is faulty and eligible for a warranty, You must return the goods to LED Expo Australia for assessment. LED Expo Australia will not supply any goods until a Warranty Assessment is completed and approved. LED Expo Australia will dispatch no goods under “good will” or without payment attached.

IMPORTANT NOTES

LED Expo Australia will only accept product returns under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is faulty and needs assessment.
  • A customer would like to exchange their product for another.
  • Or, when approved by an LED Expo Australia Team Member.

LED Expo Australia reserves the right to assess the condition and age of all returned products.

  • This may result in the products not being accepted for return, repair, refund, credit note or exchange.
  • Where possible products must be in the new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. (Not applicable for warranty assessments).
  • Tax Invoices must be provided as proof of purchase for all returns, no exceptions.
  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund, exchange or give store credit if you simply change your mind or misunderstand a product listing unless they are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do.

If one product is returned that was part of a ‘2 for’ or “multiple product sale” or any other online special deal, the product will be credited at the discounted price or at the percentage price as calculated by LED Expo Australia which was paid and not the full price.

Please note customers are responsible for any and all costs of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty products or at the discretion of an LED Expo Team Member. If your product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a return in this instance.
