Returns Policy – LED Expo Australia

At LED Expo Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please review the specific conditions for returns and exchanges below.

Faulty Items

If you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us via email (info@led-shop.com.au)with:

  • detailed description of the issue.
  • photo of the fault, if possible.

Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an item that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
  • Retain the item and packaging until we’ve discussed next steps.

Please do not dispose of the item until we’ve resolved the matter with you.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about an item, it can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, which must be in a saleable condition.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, the original delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

Options for processing your return:

  • Store Credit: Receive a credit for the full value of the returned product, valid for 3 years.
  • Refund: Receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled due to a change of mind within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. After 24 hours, the change of mind return process applies.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or cancellation:

  • Custom-made items (e.g., LED Strip Lighting, Extrusion, any other customised led lighting ).

Return Conditions

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind items are your responsibility.

Returned products must:

  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include undamaged original packaging, with the original packaging, having been unused and unopened
  • Avoid having labels or tape affixed directly to the product or its packaging.

Upon receipt, items will be assessed for resale. This process typically takes 4-5 days.

If a return is rejected, we will provide an explanation and offer:

A partial store credit, or the option to have the product returned to you at your expense.

Our Warehouse team will review your request and provide a confirmation along with return instructions.

Once received, your return will be processed within 4-5 business days. We will notify you once your refund, exchange, or store credit is finalised.
