If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.
Timeframes for returns
For products other than faulty products, to be eligible for a return of your product, you must ensure the product is returned to us:
For orders shipped within Australia, 7 days of the goods being delivered to you
We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased from retail LED-Shop Australia QLD has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or, does not correspond with descriptions given to you.
Change of Mind: No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
Customized LED striplight orders: No refunds will be given for the Customized LED strip light orders.
Please note any refund for a faulty product must be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing the product.
If your preference is an exchange of product, but we do not hold stock of the same type or size, we are able to offer you a refund or a store credit to the value of the original purchase price of the product.
If you are not satisfied with any of our services or products, we encourage you to contact us before filing for a refund. We will do our utmost to solve any issues or concerns surrounding your order.
If you’re eligible for a refund and would like to proceed with the refund process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0406 323 304.
When contacting us, mention your case in detail. This will assist us in quickly resolving your case.
Outside the above timeframe, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law.
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; or have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the fault does not amount to a major failure.
A faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. For faulty products please email your contact details with a description of the fault to email@example.com
Photos of the fault are also welcomed. Please include your original invoice number along with any photographs.
If we decide to issue you a refund after studying your claim, we’ll calculate the refund amount and contact you within 5 business days to organise suitable payment for the refund.
If a fault does not amount to major failure in the product, we are entitled to elect between providing you with a repair, replacement or other remedy.
Should you seek compensation, you must provide documentary evidence of the alleged loss or damage suffered by reason of the fault or by reason of any failure of Led-Shop Australia QLD to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian consumer law. The above policy is consistent with consumer rights under the Australian consumer law.
The product should be in pristine condition, initial manufactory packing and not damaged or changed so that it can be re-sold.
The product has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession or during delivery.
The customer has proof of the product purchase.
Other conditions for returns:
We are unable to process returns and store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense for any return due to a change of mind. We do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.
We inspect all return items upon receipt. Unless the product is faulty, if your returned goods are assessed as having been damaged, altered , or otherwise returned outside of the stipulated timeframe, we will notify you of this assessment and the goods will be returned to you.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
Other than faulty goods, once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a store credit covering the cost of the item, excluding the shipping charges.
We aim to process your return and send your credit note within 4 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Unless the LED-Shop Australia QLD items are faulty:
We cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.

Green Lighting PTY. LTD. 2 Year Warranty:
Green Lighting’s LED lighting are covered by a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects on workmanship or materials used. The warranty service is limited to the replacement or repair of products utilising LED Lamps that become defective under normal usage, as determined by Green Lighting PTY. LTD.. This warranty does not cover LED lights that have been abused, improperly used or disassembled including being installed in a fully enclosed lighting fixture (air tight) or used in association with standard electronic or iron core transformers. Except as stated above, no other express warranty applies. Any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of the Lamp is excluded. For warranty claims on faulty globe (s), the claimer must provide proof of purchase information in the form of official invoice or funds transfer documentation with Green Lighting PTY. LTD.. The warranty claimer must return the faulty globe (s) directly to Greem Lighting PTY. LTD. and is solely responsible for all postage costs associated with the warranty claim.
Please ensure all LED globes purchased through LED-SHOP.com.au are not used in a fully enclosed fixture (air tight) – This not only voids our warranty but will dramatically reduce the life of the LED.

Difference in Appearance.
The physical products may differ slightly from that displayed upon this site. In particular, the colour, brightness and contrast may be different.. Some products have been photographed at angles at which perspective may distort the image. Some images may have been cropped and so do not display the entire product.

The products listed here are for your information only and subject to change without notice. Neither Green Lighting Pty Ltd nor our suppliers shall be held
responsible for any errors including but not limited to incorrect prices, changes in exchange rates, our not receiving your order or our inability to fulfil an order.
Green Lighting Pty Ltd and our suppliers reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time including after an order has been placed.

NEITHER WE NOR OUR AUTHORISED SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, CONTENTS OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AUTHORISED SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Qualified Electrical Installation – Limitation of Liability
Except where to do so would cause any part of these Terms to be illegal, void or unenforceable, LED-SHOP Australia QLD, its directors and/or employees:
– will not be held responsible or accept any such responsibility in relation to electrical installation or modification of any of any of its products or associated fittings purchased either through led-shop.com.au or any associated sale outlet. All electrical installations and modifications including any transformer installation, be it new LED transformer installations or changes from old equipment to new transformers and/or any T8 tube related ballast and starter modifications, MUST be conducted by a qualified electrician. The installation method must adhere to Australian standards and is solely the responsibility of the electrical professional installing the equipment. Incorrect installation and/or modification of any led-shop.com.au supplied product can cause incorrect LED operation as well as serious harm possibly resulting in death to the person conducting the installation or modification. Incorrect electrical installation can cause electrical shorting and fire resulting in loss of property and/or life. Please make sure ALL electrical work is conducted by a qualified electrician who adheres to and accepts all responsibility for Australian Standards in electrical installations.
